What is Keloke Bachata Adventures?
Keloke Bachata Adventures is a tour focused on learning as much as possible about the Dominican culture and its different dance stles while having fun and creating memories. It is organized by Johanna Novas, aka La Morenita del Sabor, a professional dancer and instructor who was born and raised in the Dominican Republic. She has been teaching bachata for over 10 years and has traveled the world spreading her love for the dance. She is also the founder of Keloke Dance Company, a dance school based in Stockholm, Sweden.
Keloke Bachata Adventures started in 2018 as a winter edition, where participants spent 13 days in six different locations in the Dominican Republic. Since then, it has grown to include a summer edition, where participants spend 10 days in four different locations. Both editions are designed to offer a comprehensive and authentic experience of bachata and Dominican culture.
